ok, seriously.

it's been hours, and i've accomplished next to nothing in the field of science.
i did, however, discover that FIT requires a physical education credit and that paul dini has a live journal. i went to enrollment services to talk to an advisor. they told me to go find ron cote, who has supposedly been my advisor for the last two years. i've never met the man, he's never returned my calls. i was finally given the heads-up that he works in the math department, so i left a note in his inter-office mailbox. so we'll see. last summer, i left five messages on his voice mail over the three-weeks leading up to fall semester, only to discover that he had left the country.

equally dismaying is this phys ed news. SMCC doesn't have a physical education program, and a search into USM's P.E. curriculum was equally grim. i got alot of info on coaching soccer. i don't really want to coach soccer, i just want a credit so i can go to school and get a job at a toy company.

i'll be so thrilled when i can finally start to study something that interests me.

That's what sucks about college. When I graduated high school I was under the impression that college was going to be better in that I wouldn't have to take a bunch of classes I wasn't interested in. WRONG. I guess they're super concerned about me becoming a well rounded person.

yeah, it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't keep bating us like that. "just another year of crap, and you you can study things that you like." it's like the track dogs chasing the fake rabbit. except, you know, college costs money.
